As the Lunar New Year approaches, communities around the world eagerly anticipate the arrival of the Year of the Dragon and Orange County is no different. As the Lunar New Year festivities kick off, the dragon takes center stage in vibrant parades, elaborate decorations, and traditional performances. Tet Festival at the OC Fair & Events Center

This year, UVSA Tet Festival proudly presents our theme, Hoi Long Van, which depicts the story and idea of the dragon and the clouds meeting. Their meeting symbolizes luck, prosperity, and our biggest hopes and dreams coming to life. UVSA Tet Festival hopes that not only will families come together and celebrate the holiday together, but much like how the fish meets the water and the dragon meets the clouds, we will also meet one another in this space. The District in Tustin

Celebrate the Year of the Dragon at the District in Tustin. The FREE event invites all to come and enjoy lion dance performances, martial arts shows, Chinese fan dancers, glitter tattoos, Asian-themed kid’s crafts, and a Live DJ. If you can’t make it the 10th, that’s ok. The District has a year of the Dragon photo op up January 26th through February 18th. The first 500 attendees on February 10th will receive a Red Lucky Envelope with a $2 bill with local offers inside!
Santa Ana Tet Festival at Centennial Park
